Well today is the day, How many off you will be answering the door to trick or treat, our will you be in your Motorhome somewhere, will you yourself be dressing up, they are dressing up at our work, its a big thing these days, its like every event going they make them big
 
Course they do Lorraine. They never miss a marketing opportunity.

I think i may be a chaperone for the littleies when it gets dark later.

A chap just down the road really goes to town and turns his garage into a spooky den, the kids love it.

How many people make soup with the pumpkin, apparently in USA they throw away enough pumpkins into landfill to give everyone in the whole world a bowl of soup.

I went there once and got told to get to the back of the queue and that I'd have to do the dishes in the kitchen - ended up getting deported!

The quality of the innards of the carving pumpkins isn't good enough to use in soup or pies.........so I have read.
 
Today at work the council came thinking at the back of our works somebody had been fly tipping, who ever had been bringing gear all week, and the neighbors had been complaining, at the back of our works there is a grass walkway between the Middleton graveyard and us.
It all turns out that it was the Rotary club they are making a tunnel with skeletons, zombies, and lots more, there will be lots of people using it tonight I think they have advertised this...... best of it is the neighbors thought our works was fly tipping, leaving pallets, boxes & paperwork up against the high stone graveyard........ it did cause concern on Monday after the weekend as we thought somebody had been trying to break in

house over the road all decorated for haloween.............used to have haloween parties for my daughter when she was a child..........all the children enjoyed themselves and had such fun......also had haloween parties for g,daughter and g.son............they used to get so excited...........now g.daughter has a child of her own.....she follows the tradition and gives the parties now...........
so lovely to see the joy and excitement on their faces...........and of course the preparation of making decorations and things to wear started weeks before the event....
 
Granddaughter and her best friend was out tonight Halloweening g/daughter is the one dressed as a skeleton! We’ve had a few tonight son says they’ve had loads! Evening all I hope you’re having a good Halloween ?

Took ours to a local country park this aft, and they had arranged a Halloween trail. They had put up skulls with letters to collect and decode on the trees, eyes on tree trunks, ghosts, witches, bats etc. Grandson ran round, absolutely loved it. Finished off with ice cream and sprinkles.

I think most things are wastful but wife says im an old miserable tight ar-ed f-rt.
 
Yep wife took kids round some houses all dressed up and they got loads of sweets and some money,think il send them out every night.(y)
