Has any one purchased the V16 approved beacon for Spain

Hi all has any one purchased the new V16 mandatory beacon light for breakdown in Spain yet if so where did you get it from ,I ordered and paid for one from ZORRO ?? I paid for it and got conformation of order but next day they cancelled the order saying the light was not available
