Our Chausson has a similar one the lights have an inner black securing ring the ring has two tiny hooks built in. compressing the ring , releases the ring from the holder and the glass drops out, bit fiddly but easy enough, that is how I replaced all the Hallogen bulbs for LEDS if you want to remove the complete lamp fitting you will find securing screws,.inside .my lights actually swivle like an eyeball.

On my Hymer you twist the silver ring on the outside and remove both it and the glass, the light fitting is only pushed in with two spring clips holding it in place so it helps to pull it out then you have easy access to the light
