Help - Gas dropout for domestic cooker in MH

I'm putting a domestic free standing cooker in the truck. Normally in a van stuff is built in and will have a floor dropout in the bottom of that cabinet to let gas out in the event of a leak.

What to do with a free standing cooker? I figured I would make a bund around the bottom with a dropout in it, but open to suggestions...
