Help - I need propane in Sardinia? Where?

I have just ran out of propane gas in our van with a week left here in Sardinia as “someone” did not listen to me and get a new large bottle before we came!. If anyone can point me to where I can get another propane bottle or exchange preferred for our existing bottle and if we need another gas regulator I would be grateful. We are currently near Oblia but moving to Palau so at the top of the island. Google is usually the answer but struggling to find anything today.

You could try getting it filled every where isn't as PC as the UK about filling gas bottles if your near one try a marina their used to filling bottles in boats from all over the world only thing they can say is no
