HELP NEEDED FINDING HISTORICAL DRAMA / MIME TEACHER

Hi All, Janet needs help to locate information and ex students who were taught by IRENE MAWER or NONI BROWN /NORA DURLING
They were mime/drama teachers, operating in and around London and Leeds,
Please ask relatives and friends to pass this around, any information would be greatly received, Thanks Andy

I am trying to locate anyone who was taught in the Irene Mawer Method of Mime. (Ruby Ginner/Irene Mawer).

I trained some 40 years ago and, having had no success trawling the internet, I am fast becoming concerned that I am the last in the line. Hopefully not!

If you could please circulate this post perhaps it could be that someone you know (possibly of the older generation) may be trained in this method.

My teacher married twice and was known as

NONI BROWN
and
NORA DURLING

She lived in Leeds. So it is possible that some of her other students (now in their 60s and 70s and 80s) might still be in Yorkshire. Indeed, some of my own students (now in their 30s and 40s) could still be there. (I taught in Cookridge and Headingley.)
