Help - no heating/hot water.

I have a Truma CPE Classic. Wanted to heat the water before we leave in about 2 hours. BUT - no lights on either of the fuel selector dial or temp dial. I have changed the 10A fuse. Mains is on, fridge/ lights are on. But not boiler. No lights on if I try to heat using gas either....
