a great description for anyone to follow, just as a note, please check that the contactor coil is rated for continuance use (not all are, especially close mounted to other devices. Also a fuse in the coil circuit would be good. I am a electronics technician with over 50 years of panel building experience and know how easy it is for these little things to be missed.
