Hymer drivers door retainer strap.

I remember someone saying that Hymer uses a lot of parts from other Manufacturers. On my own B510, the yellow indicator lenses are from an early Renault cargo van, which I obtained at fraction of the dealer price. Does anyone know what vehicle the driver door stop retainer straps come from. It stops the door going past 90 degrees and hitting the wing mirror. It attaches to a heavier bracket on the door frame.
