RALLY UPDATE **GOOSNARGH NOVEMBER 2025**
I have been in touch with the venue for the past 4 weeks and, I am posting this update to inform you that phase 1 of the groundworks have started, this involves extensive alterations to the campsite grounds, as I post this, I cannot get a definite answer as to our parking arrangements as the club and contractors are changing plans as they go along, The club has assured me that everyone who is on the main list will be able to park, but some EHU points may not be operational. I have had a conversation with Admin (PHIL) and we have made the decision rather than cancel the rally to prepare for a plan B, IF WE DO GO FOR PLAN B then this could involve vans being parked closer together than we normally would be, don't forget this is November so we won't be sitting outside our vans, also 24hr EHU will be given priority to members who have a health condition and require it, we should still have the 4 hour charging slots available, everything else will still be available, ie toilets and showers, fresh water, elsan point , rubbish disposal, we have got the main room in the clubhouse open for use to use from 9.00am. This plan B option is ONLY A POSSIBILITY, and it is more than likely that the ground works have been completed, and we will be parking as normal, I am letting you know in good time of the possibilities and if you feel that you no longer want to attend because you don't agree with plan B should we go ahead with this option, then please let me know before the end of this month (SEPTEMBER) and you will be refunded for your tickets, if you have paid for them. As you can appreciate, this has given us a few hurdles and headaches, but I think you will agree that this is the way forward and we will have a fantastic weekend like last year.
