Is it on my mail?

A good article, thanks for posting.

We have a pretty good record on handwashing, but when I have been to the supermarket and been exposed to an elevated risk, I also wash my face on returning home. The logic being that we have all been warned not to touch our faces therefore a face wash helps reduce that risk as we all find it difficult to comply 100%. Seems sensible to me, but I would have assumed scientists would have advocated it. Obviously it is not foolproof, but can’t be a bad practice. Any thoughts?

It isn't mentioned (that I am aware of) that when washing your hands you wash your face as well, but I have to agree with you it seems very logical and sensible. I do the same when I remember(!) but I do wash my hands fully first before moving upwards.
