A tripod will allow you to see all 4 of it's moons.

I don’t think I’ve seen the sky for a month Paul. We are lucky if we can see the tops of the lampposts in Scotland from September to May. I’m ok with the tripod thing but it’s a bit cold to get it out.
Jupiter is actually really easily seen just now with the naked eye. It has technically around 90 moons. Four of which are pretty big and can be seen with a pair of binoculars or telescope.
