If you get a clear sky to the SW, for the next couple of days.
Jupiter is just above our Moon, the nearest you'll see in our lifetime.
A tripod will allow you to see all 4 of it's moons.
Brandy may help.

I don’t think I’ve seen the sky for a month Paul. We are lucky if we can see the tops of the lampposts in Scotland from September to May. I’m ok with the tripod thing but it’s a bit cold to get it out.😉

OOOOPS.!
THE ULTIMATE TYPO !
IT'S..
VENUS..
.
Rule no.1
Never send out information, if you have knowledgeable friends round for a Brandy supper.

That's right, isn't it @Wully ?

Jupiter is actually really easily seen just now with the naked eye. It has technically around 90 moons. Four of which are pretty big and can be seen with a pair of binoculars or telescope.
Io
Europa
Callisto
And Ganymede

The Heavens Above App help locate these in real time. Plus visible satellite passes too. Worth a look.
