Out of curiosity I was wondering why there is staff members / moderators on this site and not on the Wildcamping site ?
Who chose them ? Did they volunteer ?
By the way it’s not something I would want to do lol.

It’s to keep the naughty children in check over here but over on the dark side we have a longer leash, I think the choosing was the members who drew the short straws at one of the meets ?? and s little bit of volunteering?

People to help with housekeeping (eg moving threads or deleting duplicates) Is very good..
"Big Phil" is the only one with real power...as it should be..Moderators can advise him of serious problems.

The moderators on this website were all asked by me to sacrifice themselves for the good of the community. We have a team of people who genuinely want to help others but do not want power over them.

Staff members include our Rally Organisers as well as the Moderators and Admins.
