We watched a nature film about Hawaii last, one part was about the Midway Atoll, which was significant in WW2, and is now a nesting ground for the Albatross, but this was about Wisdom, a SIXTY SEVEN YEAR OLD BIRD. The oldest known nesting bird in the world, it leaves its chick and flies 3000 miles round trip to the feeding grounds, which takes two weeks.
