Klarna

Klarna is a company similar to Paypal in that they take payment on behalf of online sellers, the difference is they don't sort out problems if the seller has misdescribed something as one has done to me, I bought a mobility scooter online 17/10/24 paid by Klarna, the scooter arrived but was not as described and I am still struggling to get my money back.

Don't use Klarna, Pay pal would have refunded me weeks ago.

We use Klarna regularly, normally thie pay in three. But never for anything from an unknown person. Always a recognised brand. If Klarna is in use and we need another pay in three, we use Paypal. Keeps my money in our account and earning interest for longer. We do the same with a credit card. Buy everything on that we normally buy in the month and pay in full every month. Although we do use the credit card for large items, for the section 75 protection.
