Kontiki showing no vehicle battery on control panel

Kontiki 669 2016 shows no vehicle battery on EC 620 control panel. The battery is fully charged & takes a charge from the solar panels & the charger when on EHU. If we select leisure battery on the control panel within an hour the panel shows the vehicle battery loosing all it’s voltage before it cuts the battery off. The vehicle battery, inspire of the pans saying it is fully discharged still shows 12.9 volts when testing with a meter. Can any one point us in the right direction? We have put a new battery on.

Have you tried a Norwegian restart? Loosen the negative pole for a short while and put it back on again. Can sometimes help.
