L shaped fitted sheet

Hi all, the new proud owner of a Mercedes Sprinter LWB. As its a former racing van it has massive garage space so the bed is a L shape as in the photo. It’s already been lowered 6 inches but still L shaped. Would prefer sheet/duvet combo - what is the best place for getting a custom made sheet? Cheers!
