Spent a night at Loch Katrin £10 for the pitch £4 if you want ehu and use of the shower . Clean toilets open at night, nice walk along the Loch and boat trips if you so wish. Cafe open up until 5.00pm. Quiet location but busy throughout the day.

Did the boat trip this afternoon and managed to see one of four nesting ospreys well spotted Mary Doll to everyone's delight on the trip.

Only my sweaty erse Wully, was starting to chafe on our walk.

It’s lovely too at the other end of the loch, and was free when we stayed a few years ago. Think that the car park may belong to the cafe.

That did belong to the cafe owner at Stronachlacher, i arrived at around 5pm owner said i don't need to use the cafe, he was closing then anyway. Just to be nice i had a cracking breakfast in the morning not too expensive either,,,
