lost in china

really weird this one jan’s i pad the latest one not got sim card in is currently showing its location as china so 5000 mls to my next location up the road have wiped google maps and reloaded same problem going to shut down the pad and ask questions on other devices

Have you tried connecting it to a hot spot with your phone then do a location search

as you can see thinks that’s my location

and find a friend etc a;so thinks i’m in china but just that i pad on google maps and apple maps

settings - privacy & security - Location services turn OFF the back ON

check in settings, you'll find a VPN toggle which may or mayn't connect to a VPN service but turn it off anyway

Is it around Shenzhen or Shanghai? If so, it thinks that it's still in the factory!
