Does anyone have any experience of these? Considering them for my 6.3M Ducato MJ160 PVC.
225 75 16R 120/121

Would be replacing Conti Vanco2's

K

I remember looking into these when I had my vw crafter they were fitted as standard on Mercedes Sprinter rated at 4.6 t .I changed to a different type of camper (4x4) so never purchased word have thought would be ok but not snow approved.

Its funny how its labelled as A for wet weather but the tyre reviews above say its poor in the wet:rolleyes:
Thay why I'm hoping for someone on here with experience of them.
Thanks all so far
K ;)

Appolo tyres have made a very imressive reputation for themselves and are widely believed (and tested to be as such) to be a truly excellent brand to go for............ Most certainly they are on my short list now that I have read the various reviews I have found so far.

Apollo altrust tyre review says...

Given 69% while driving a Renault Master (2018) (205/75 R16) on a combination of roads for 2,000 spirited miles
Grip is great when accelerating on dry or wet, even on wet uphill starts!
But it doesn't do so well when cornering, grip loss happens suddenly and with no warning, and slides are hard to recover from.

Not sure this is what I would go for, although I would not describe my van driving style as "spirited"

My driving style is more 'carefully considered deliberation' ... 'Don't toot! I'm thinking ... Not long now ...' :D
