Was planning to call in to Melon Udrigle campsite week after next for a few days R&R, they are normally open all year.
Thought it best to contact them to confirm they are open and Angela informed me they are presently shut and intend opening early April. Not sure why they closed ove the winter, May be COVID related.

Lovely spot with a fantastic beach... And colours of sand to die for....

Always happy to pay to stop on their site rather than wild camp for free as they are such lovely welcoming folks.

Great spot, and the old public road (you need a 4wd to drive it, but great on a bike) to the ruined hamlet of Slaggan is fascinating.
