MPPT Solar Controller Lithium Settings

I am struggling to set up my solar control panel for my lithium battery, here is a screenshot of my settings, and it never puts more than 5 amps into my battery even when it is down to 80%. Please can someone confirm what I should have this mppt controller set at. Thanks in advance. Jeff

The constant voltage should be 14.2v, float voltage 13.6v and boost voltage 14.2v.

Bat over voltage should be 15v, recovery should be 14.2v.
