navpal truck satnav

i have a navpal truck satnav. with igo primo 2.4 maps.
i put in the height of my camper as 10 ft.
as i was approaching a bridge with 16.5 ft clearance it tried to divert me.
when i got closer to the bridge it told me i was in a restricted area.
i have now changed the settings to meters to try it.
anyone ever come across this ?

I have mine set at 3mtrs and never had a problem. Are your maps up to date?
