It’s hard with drivers when they can go from van to van on different days they blame each other for stuff. Better if the one van can be assigned to a driver from new they tend too look after them better. That oil change seems long but if they do delivery work they will soon come up to 32k I think work vans give less problems than motorhomes because they are working harder.

I did the same with my truck. I always tried to park it near some grass.
That way, you could wipe your feet on your way out.

I had 5 new white sprinter vans on the rd a few year’s ago all letterd roof racket with towbars and trailers all looking identical. I made the boys who drove them keep them absolutely immaculate or they got the old banger of a transit I kept as a shunter. I took the idea from a tv program about a German company who built a house on living design the amount of customers who said they got us to do work for them because of the way our vans looked and how organised we were.
