New Drone Regulations 2019

I was talking to a CAA man the other day and it will be compulsory registration of the owner and licencing fees involved will be moderate, To them moderate is a £100 or so for commercial pilots renewal every year so coming soon a large fee, even if only used occasionally. There is ALSO a noise limit from the EU of 80db at a distance of 1 metre at full power, they base it on other FIXED machinery like tools. Nothing meet it as it stands .
I wish I hadn't spent out on it now.
