new shirt

as everyone who knows me is aware i have a penchant for rugby shirts & shorts my retirement plan 9 months of the year in shorts & t shirt, fiji always have some fancy shirts so for christmas i bought myself their change strip in a 2xl my normal size couldn’t get it on its now been claimed by my ten year old grandson perfect fit , so for my birthday bought the home shirt 3xl shall we call it a snug fit but wearable , last week i treated myself to a fiji sevens shirt 4xl perfect fit but i’m down to 16stone now what size would i have needed in my playing days when i had muscles as well as flesh lol
