Three weeks ago I was supposed to have a colonoscopy, they ring you two days before to confirm it's going ahead, they asked me if I had been taking the laxatives, err what laxatives I've not been given anything, appointment cancelled.

Yesterday I was supposed to go for my right ear syringing, canceled yesterday morning.

Today I did a three hour round trip after fasting since 06:30 for a nuclear PET/CT scan, canula in then sat around for over an hour waiting for the jab, they came in and told me it was cancelled.

WTF is going on, three cancellations in a row over as many weeks.

On the flip side, Kev, I rang for a GP Appointment when the phone lines opened at 0800 last Monday, and was seen by the Doctor at 0915. My leg problem was confirmed as the result of a muscle injury, rather than another embolism or similar, the GP changed my medication and added Apixaban [seems that Rivaroxaban is outmoded now], and the Practice Nurse did my [delayed by our trip to Spain] Blood Pressure Tests, all of which gave us the Green Light to book up for our Spanish Trip Part 2 on 7th March. The GP spproved a 2nd prescription yesterday to ensure that I don't run out of medication whilst we are away

Outstanding service, delivered with compassion and understanding

Steve
