That mileage is nothing highest mileage Sevels I have worked on had done 540,000!
I reckon close up the fit and finish might be a bit rough.

Lots of exposed screws are visible, seat cushion is creased so probably too loose
Shower tray looks like it is the, cracks immediately variety sold by Jackson’s leisure,made from thin see through at the corners margarine tub plastic, I’ve binned two and now only use stainless steel.

The floor around the tray also seems to have gaps probably a leak waiting to happen.
That lpg water heating doesn’t seem to have an external flue!

I think the gap looks extremely narrow for getting in and out of the sliding door, we both now need grab handles!

Table seems in a daft place

Worst of all I can’t see an opening window anywhere, in fact it’s hardly any natural light at all ghastly in winter!
