I am pleased to announce that we collected our new to us motorhome yesterday,we were met by our salesman Jason,coffee folks,then escorted to handover area,he had a walk round with us and the van was spotless and on hook up.opened the door and in we went interior spotless,he had the heating on and it was toasty in here.i am pleased to say this was the best handover I/we have ever encountered to say the least ,no hurry ,no rush ,every single thing covered inside and out,another coffee,awning out,then if we were happy 2hrs past now into office receive all paperwork and warranty etc ,again every detail covered and introduced to owners son .another coffee ,had a giggle with staff and spoke to a couple who are thinking on starting out motorhoming (full timing).
CAN I SAY I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ON OUR EXPERIENCE
WE HAVE NO CONNECTIONS BUT WERE TOLD TO CALL IF ANYTHING WAS NOT AS WE EXPECTED ETC AND IF PASSING TO CALL IN FOR A CUPPA.
I HAVE BEEN IN THE MOTOR TRADE FOR YEARS AND BOUGHT NEW CARAVANS BUT I MUST SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST HANDOVER AND TREATMENT WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND HAVE SEEN BEING DONE.
I AM NOT THE EASiEST TO PLEASE MAY I SAY ,!BUT THERE WERE EVEN A FEW WEE ITEMS I NEVER SAID WERE NEEDING DONE AS IT WAS A BITPICKY AND WAS GOUNG TO DO MYSELF BUT TNEY WERE EVEN DONE,
NEXT STEP WAS TO DEPART ,JUST AS JASON BROUGHT THE VAN ROUND HE WAS SORRY TO SAY HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QAULITY OF ONE OF THE REAR CAMEREAS AND WOULD WE wait FOR A NEW CAMERA TO GET INSTALLED ,15MINS LATER WE WERE ON OUR WAY HEADING TO AUTOGAS 2000this chapter next
Bottom line WE HIGHLY COMMEND OAKTREE MOTORHOMES AND WOULD RECOMEND THEM ANYTIME ON OUR EXPERIENCE

We bought our first proper Motorhome from them. We got a good trade in price for our old self build and good deal for the Burstner we bought. Totally agree very good customer service. Had a couple of minor problems and they just said take it back when convenient and they were put right without a fuss.
