One for RobMac.

I have posted this link before, worth a second view if you have already viewed this archive 20 min footage of how the yard was constructed. My father worked there during the Ninian Central build.

I met Susie when she worked for Chevron in Unst and I was with Bristow. Interesting pictures of that time Here.
WOW, ladle full of nostalgia with your link Bill. And what are the odds of Susie captured within one off the images! At my campus we deliver Instrumentation program for OPITO through our syaye of the art mock rig, control room alone has over 250k worth of electronics. Since my move there, there has always young ladies (numbers vary) on the program, at Aberdeen, electrical & mechanical is delivered there, same applies with mixed sex apprentices. How things have changed (for the better) within the various skill areas.

Some really nice images too, of the Central, which is still producing. When decom arrives for this giant, I am very curious as to how this gravity structure platform will be removed?
