Out running SNOW

Checked the weather forecast in a cafe this morning .... We have just had to abort Sarajevo and a few other planned visits in Bosnia. Whilst we carry snow chains we don’t want to have to fit them. Bolted S inHerzegovena and back to Croatia tomorrow .... along the coast to Dubrovnik. Do NOT want to hear from bods in Spanish sun!

Wonder what other things folks carry but don`t want to use? Levelling ramps for us.

Look at them like insurance, something you buy but never actually want to use them. I've been carrying snow chains in the car and van in winter for years and never put them on.

It’s the take an umbrella principle, and it won’t rain.
We did use them last year to help us get out of mud ... only to wrap them round the axle. ADAC had to come to the rescue!

Hey folks , you don't need to be miles away to out run the snow. Spent 7 hours travelling back from Kyle in Scotland on Friday average speed 23Mph . Glen Coe was the easy bit. stay safe out there and enjoy.
