Polishing your RV

I watched a "Campervan Kevin" youtube video this morning and he linked to one of his old ones talking about using floor polish to renovate his RV. This is the specific old video here:

I wonder if anyone here has tried it on their Motorhomes?
I can believe it works well, as a common thing among Model Makers is to apply floor polish (ideally Johnsons Klear) after the model is fully finished and painted to provide a protective surface. Klear is now obsolete so I use Quick Shine Floor Polish through an air brush on my kits and am tempted to try on the CamperBus.

Just wondering if anybody tried this method of floor polishing their van? Mine is old and slightly faded was hoping that it would be a good solution, any recommendations? Thanks

What about good old-fashioned T-Cut to remove a thin layer of paint.
Or UPVC (as in windows etc) renovater.
Then protect

Have got some fibreglass polish which I used to use on my fishing boat and some Mer wax but it’s a big van and would take forever especially in this heat over here, currently about 30 Degrees!! Was hoping for a quick fix ?
