Problem with seat belt

Hello from Athens (Greece),
I wish you all great journey's!
I would like to ask, how I can fix the problem with my seat belt which is very loose.

Inertia seat belt spools are sealed so no one can tamper with them for safety reasons
some have messed about with them but the rule is if it's not rewinding to taught status recomend specialist repair or replace as required imho
