Many motorhomes have Bike Rack pre-installation prep so it could be pretty straightforward?
This video might be interesting to give a few pointers?
For sure you need to spread the load of the rack on the back cap of the Motorhome - might be metal spars or wooden battons to go into?
Have you access to the rear wall inside the motorhome where the bike rack will secure? That I would think is essential. On my Motorhome, the bathroom goes right across the rear, but fortunately the rack fittings are pretty central and don't enter where the shower enclosure is.
I think in this video, the couple have a problem with their rack as it was not fitted right as the person fitting it couldn't access the rear fully so didn't bother and crossed his fingers?
The holes are already there but they did not go right through and the bolt screws were just spinning .
So the old one was removed and thrown ou5 as all the plastic parts were either broken and cracked or missing
I stuck some reflectors over the old holes both top and bottom holes .
Decided I will leave this. And let the next owner sort it out.
at least that way he can sort out what his needs are .
Saves me a bit of bother at the same time.

Good Plan.
Just looking at the photo, that is an awkward looking location for the Truma Boiler vent. If you has something like a Fiamma Box on the cycle rack, be hard to access to remove and refit? maybe you would just leave it off in those circumstances?
