Rear view mirrors

Hymer B510 year 2000 electric heated side mirrors. Drivers side mirror will adjust, up and down, but not side to side.
Could this simply be a servo motor not working, any thoughts.

Stewart if it Fiat based type motor I'm sure I have spare one from damaged mirrors which do work mirror head knackered but as isay let me know and you are welcome some are nearly new

Thanks Gordon, not opened up yet as weather has been miserable. Removed mattress and cut in half to transport to the amenity site.
Original springs were still good but foam surround had started to deform. Vacuumed out below the slats and all hands on deck today, that will be me then, to clean all the accessible areas under the bed. New mattress ordered on Friday, made to measure and delivery just over a week.
The mirrors are the standard 'Wilke'.
