Recommendations please for a pharmacy in Calais area that does COVID test's

Looking for a Pharmacy somewhere in the Calais area or Dunkirk where we can get a Covid Test done and will give you the results within a few hours with both a hard copy and online .
My French is not so good so an English speaking Pharmacist would be an advantage

My plan is, after arriving in Cherbourg, to check a few pharmacies on the route south. My simplistic thinking is that somewhere like St Mere Eglise is constantly visited by Americans and Brits and more likely than some towns to have a pharmacist who can speak English. I reckon I could get by with my French (gce fail 1970) and google translate. I would hope to make an appointment (if required) for my return route some weeks later.

One piece of information I am keen to know is, how the result of a pcr test is sent/given to me, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.
