I don't think that it matters where you are when you renew. However, the tariff sheet gives information regarding a fair usage policy:
"(14) The use of your Réglo Mobile plan from the European Union and the French Overseas Territories must be "reasonable": a majority or exclusive use of your plan from the European Union and the French Overseas Territories will result in the invoicing of additional charges for your future uses. Over the last 4 months: - If one or more uses from the European Union/French Overseas Territories (calls, SMS/MMS and/or mobile Internet including uses exclusively available from the European Union and the French Overseas Territories) is/are more important than the same uses from Metropolitan France and abroad (outside the European Union/French Overseas Territories) AND - If the number of days spent in the European Union/French Overseas Territories is greater than the number of days spent in France and abroad (outside the European Union/French Overseas Territories), then you will receive an alert SMS to inform you, and you will have 15 days to modify the use of your plan. At the end of these 15 days: if you comply with at least one of the 2 rules above, If your plan usage becomes reasonable again, you will not be charged any additional fees. If you still do not comply with either of the above 2 rules, you will receive a new SMS alert informing you of the immediate invoicing of additional fees for future unreasonable usage from the European Union/DOM.
Additional charges: outgoing calls: €0.0228/min; incoming calls: €0.009 incl. VAT/min; outgoing SMS: €0.0036 incl. VAT/SMS; incoming SMS: free; outgoing MMS: €0.0015/MMS; incoming MMS: free; Internet: €0.0015/MB. As soon as your plan usage becomes reasonable again, you will no longer be charged additional charges and will be informed by SMS.
Where it refers to the EU, obviously it means the EU outside France.
That's why I didn't use a translation engine; they get things wrong! The (flagrant) error that immediately stood out to me is one that won't concern you; I haven't checked the entire translation."(14) Use of your Réglo Mobile plan from the European Union and the French Overseas Territories must be "reasonable": majority or exclusive use of your plan from the European Union and the French Overseas Territories will result in the invoicing of additional charges for your future uses.
