... expecting, well his OH is, he is only a mere 69! Wrong on so many levels. Who will play on their hands and knees, go on hikes etc with the child??? Not to mention the child will almost definitely loose his/her father before adulthood. I know there are no guarantees in life and there are great disabled parents etc etc, but to stack the odds? Women have a natural cut off point for fertility. Why don’t men?
A rant for me ... blame it on the Sherry!
 
I think he has enough money to pay someone to keep his child/ children entertained lol

All rather depends how fit he is, you can't write someone off because they are pushing 70! My father became a grandparent at that age and he only gave up chasing around with the 'kids' in his mid eighties. He has a good a chance as anyone of seeing them reach their majority. My children lost their father when they were 12 and 13, it happens!
