Roasting chicken

Not much chicken on that obviously made for someone who doesn’t like chicken

Yep fill with beer or coke stick it up the jaksie and roast keeps the chicken moist and ads a bit of flavour I used iron bru and it tasted great. A lot of people just use a can of Guinness and a couple of forks to steady.
