Mental illness is hard to spot for the untrained eye, all through history it has happened and will continue,hiltler stalin, and many more never mind the chap/woman next door.
I feel so sorry for the people who think he may have killed their loved ones and lived with the hope that he would confess, so they would know. No hope of closure for them now. Evil man and complete mess up taking so long to catch him. Can't be sad he has gone.
