I purchased a sat Nav a few years back mainly on advice from this or similar forum. I have to say I was really pleased with the performance and all the extra bits it provided. Due to a up coming trip over the channel I thought this would be a good time to utilize my lifetime mapping updates so proceeded to connect up everything as instructed. However somewhere in the process and after discussion with their technical team, who were very helpful, it was identified that I had an unrecoverable error on the memory card. It was 1600 on a Bank holiday Friday, panic set in as I'm a week away and possible no Sat Nav. The Snooper team came to the rescue with a new card delivered the next day- Great result thank you Snooper I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who will listen
