scuttle drains

Hi all, checked the scuttle drains on a 2015 fiat ducato.A few leaves gathered on the drivers side.Flushed through drivers and passenger drain, all ok. Tried centre drain very slow to drain. Here's what I found. The end of the drain was choked . removed it flushed through and replaced ,now ok. not the best picture
