SDHC card Testing

Can anyone recommend a site / program for testing SDHC cards ?

I have one that i bought from an allegedly reputable source that has filled up alarmingly quickly considering it`s supposed to be 32GB

I have tested the card and it is less than 4GB also been in touch with the supplier who are replacing it immediately.

Watchdog covered this a long rime ago about the moody sd cards from China. I always use Amazon to be safe.
