  • Gas setup: 3.9kg calor, 30mb regulator, all copper fixed piping, drop vents, isolation valve
  • Kitchen setup: Dual ring gas burner; sink with pumped water; 39L 12v compressor fridge, numerous storage areas for food etc
  • Water setup: Custom 30L (ish) under slung fresh tank with level gauge; 20L (ish) under slung waste tank with “getting full” gauge, with electric dump valve. 12v automatic pressure pump
  • Heating/insulation: Branded make 2kw diesel heating using vehicle diesel. Van fully insulated as good as possible with quality insulation and vapour protection
  • Living/sleeping: Fully rotating passenger seat. Rock n roll bed in multiple angle positions. Bed goes flat, electric lift to put away (press button). Bedding can go behind bed when up and not in the way. Table (not used) but kitchen drawer can become mini table (as can loo!). Plenty of cubby holes for things, shoes etc. Large wardrobe with lots of hidden space
  • Blinds clip over all rear windows. Cab curtain can hide camper from cab. Internal and external cab blinds included
  • Heki quad-air vented skylight
  • Bathroom: Fully usable Fiamma bi-pot 30 toliet – has flush and waste tank. (You can get new for £50 and we’ll bin the old!) Fits perfectly under bed, and can be used with bed down and overnight. Loo roll cupboard and holder
Other things included

  • Internal 10L water container (making 40+ L fresh you can take)
  • Level ramps
  • Internal cab thermal blinds, external cab thermal blinds
  • 2x camping chairs (fit perfectly inside above cab locker
  • Hookup cable
  • Drive away awning (fits under back seat)
  • Tow bar bike rack for 2x bikes, including secondary camera (as rack blocks normal camera)
  • Dash cam
  • 3rd party TPMS
  • Shower unit (honest!)
  • Pots, pans, plates, cups etc
Pretty much fill up and usable straight away.

Points to note

  • Vehicle is in excellent condition, no known faults (Nissan warrantee). Camper is in very good condition, no known faults (no warrantee remaining).
  • Has been used extensively, from wild camping nights, to 6 week trips, has been to Norway, Sweden, Czech, Germany, France, Austria etc – and around 200 nights use – so it is used and maintained for long trips
  • To allow loo use overnight, Bed is slightly shorter than normal, we’re 5’6 and 5’10 and sleep fine. You can use loo and cushion if you stretch out and need feet supported, but sleeping normally its fine
  • To allow loo, bed is slightly higher. At 5’10 its usable, but I tend to use rotated cab seat (loads of room) and wife back seat.
  • Independent valuation of £26,500 on 27 March 2019
  • If you are both above medium build, or above 5’11 – van may be too small for you!
  • Full history and documentation from new, 2 sets of keys etc.

Yesterday and today lined the overhead cab. Weekend off (parents over)
Monday - rip out 90% of what we did over the last 2 days and do it again. Doesn't meet the grade. AAAARRRGGGGHHH.
