Spinflo grill problems

Hi, I have a Sponflo Triplex with oven/grill. The flames on the grill are very weak. They stay lit and if I push the burner tube towards the back wall of the unit, the flames increase to a good size. The burner tube seems loose, but I don’t know if it’s meant to be static or suspensded. I can’t find any information on repairing/replacing it. Does anyone have any experience of how to repair it or if it just needs replacement?

I have the same unit and the tube for the grill is rigid in place. Here's a photo of mine.
