Staveley Head and AIB Insurance

I have recently bought a new motorhome, never had one before so have no no claims bonus to use, we insured it for £57,000 and £5,000 personal belongings came as standard, it's with Comfort insurance and the policy is with Aviva Horizon, we put down 10,000 miles use and is kept at our home address, it was only £329.00, we could have added breakdown cover for UK and Europe for an extra £70.00, but with it been new, we havev3 years breakdown with Fiat, so didn't take this out. I was shocked how cheap my insurance was, it seems a bargain with some of the quotes you have had, I've been assured that it is a excellent policy should I ever have to claim.

Certainly sounds a good deal. Perhaps you live in a low risk postcode.

You wouldn't think so with all the thieving go on around here at the moment, I live in the FY2 area of Blackpool. We seem to have a scroat alert problem at the moment, vehicles been stolen or there contents, tools been stolen out of vans, garages and sheds been broken into, it's happening every night, the postoffice around the corner from me has been broken into twice in three days and had all its cigarettes pitched, they smashed the plate glass windows, to get in. Even cctv doesn't stop them, they just were hoodies.

Strangely enough I’m originally from FY2. Still a great place to live despite the undesirables.
