Always do watch my speed as I’m on the road a lot more than some but the way France is just now max speed limits are varying from region to region I’m not known for being a boy RACER
In France and Spain it’s the vehicle that is insured not the driver so anyone can drive it within certain criteria. That way the responsibility goes back to the owner. When we’ve been to France we were able to just use son’s van for running about.
You’d think it would be easy for uk to fine the speeders.
Nothing to do about speeding but the Police I was involved in an accident with foreign driver in a hired car and because he was heading to the airport to fly home the Police took the decision not to charge him as the officer said it was to much trouble to try and get him back for a trial. By the way he crossed double white lines on Z bends
