Yes I had exactly the same text around a week ago. As you did I ignored it as it wasn't personalised.

Had a new one yesterday!
Was expecting a solar regulator from a often used UK Ebay supplier, when a text came from UBS, saying that there was a import duty charge of £1-50 requirement before delivery of ' the package.' Please fill out your details and pay the £2 fee.
Required Details were a complete catalogue of my personal information,( excluding my inside leg measurements!)
Smelled a rat straightaway as the company's shippers are Hermes and it was a very poor attempt at a UPS logo!
The regulator arrived by the Hermes courier an hour later!

Lloyds seem to be going through a bit of a bad patch recently and so it might be worth while calling them (but don't rely on any text etc. for the number to call). FWIW, I got a text just over a fortnight ago allegedly from Lloyds about account changes that I ignored. A few days later, Jan got a letter from Lloyds stating that I had changed the address on our account and that all further correspondence would be sent to the new address. I phoned up fearing that someone was in the process of hijacking our account. The Customer Service person insisted that I had requested an address change but couldn't tell me what it had been changed to. However, they came clean when I said I'd be calling the police as soon as we'd finished our call: Turns out that they had unilaterally changed our address by deleting the county (so it now read "No. Street, Town, Postcode" rather than "No. Street, Town, County, Postcode") -- but they still insisted I'd requested the change even though I made no such request. Over a week later, I got a letter with the same date as the one Jan had thanking me for updating my address details and this was being sent to the old address to safeguard against fraud. The following day, Jan and I got a joint letter bearing the same date as the other two but to the 'new' address. Throughout, Lloyds insisted that I had requested the change even though I assured them I had made no such request and that they needed to report this up the line as something was seriously wrong with their system. We're now waiting for the next statement to be sure that they're sending everything to the correct address.
