Major cleaning session all morning so list of missing items
1) 9” tv
2) old camera
3) walk-in talkie set
4) box of coins ??
5) earings I bought at botany bay
6) Tayas box of dog treats
They clearly love there dog?
So everything is cleaned and back where it belongs and a lot of unnecessary junk removed.

Sounds like amateurs the only thing of any worth was the money, it sounds a bit like a youngster probably feeding a habit.
You are right in not contacting the police, they wouldn't be able to do anything and all it would do is increase your home and probably motor insurance.
At least you've had an early spring clean.

Wouldn't that only apply if you went ahead and actually made an insurance claim? Insurance is a cross we all have to bear, I reckon it's pointless worrying about whether reporting a crime will push the premiums up where you live - I reckon they put 'em up regardless!

I have looked at the options as Rae has offered to fit one for me but looking at all the measurements I don’t have enough clearance between the doorframe and the kitchen cabinets to fit one so will get lots of help and advice at the frog for now I have a leather strap on the inside of the door fastened to a rear seat belt so the Hab door cannot be opened from the outside for now and I have put 2 alarm censors in the van for now.
