Thetford C403l cassete spare parts

I have a Thetford C403L cassete with a detached internal disc wich covers the hole when closed.
Any advice in as to how it is atached to the arm as there there is no sign of a pivot or screw in
the holding tank

If you go to the leisureshopdirect website and input your cassette into the search box, there may be an exploded diagram of the parts. I know they have them for other cassette types.
